Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sellitics (the "Service"), operated by Sellitics ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at signup and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Marketplace connections

The Service integrates with third-party marketplaces, including eBay. When you connect an account, you authorise us to access data from that account in accordance with the permissions you grant. Your use of a connected marketplace remains subject to that marketplace's own terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service without our consent.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or to interfere with the security or integrity of others.
• Misuse data you access through connected marketplaces.

6. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the data you submit or connect to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Customer Data solely as needed to provide the Service to you. We will handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Fees

Some features of the Service may require payment. Any applicable fees, billing cycles and refund terms will be disclosed to you before you are charged. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

8. Service changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless a mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
